New Leaf Mentoring Scheme
New Leaf offer face-to-face mentoring programme which aims to support to young people that are at risk of exclusion and/or are currently within the criminal justice system.
Mentoring is particularly helpful when a young person does not have a positive role model within their family or support network, where they are socially isolated, have low self-esteem and they struggle to form and maintaining healthy relationships.
Referrals
Referrals can be made by any statutory or third-sector partners, using the following process:
- Referral Form – Download the referral form and submit to the email provided
- Ensure your local MASH and any other relevant statutory partners are made aware
- The provider will be in contact to discuss the referral
